1974 – Hired by Village of Greenhills (formerly worked at GE)

2008 – Retired (34 years) – replaced by interim Kathryn Brokaw, then Jane Berry as Municipal Manager

2010 – Jane Berry fired Spring 2010

2010 – May – Council voted to rehire Moore as Interim Municipal Manager, started June 2010 @ $48/hour; Evonne Kovach hired as Municipal Manager around 2011 – Moore stayed on as a paid advisor for awhile; Evonne purchased the house next door to Mayor Moore. Evonne left Woodlawn in HORRENDOUS fiscal shape!

2014 – David Moore elected as Mayor (Republican)

2025 – Running unopposed for Mayor (4-year term)
